This small-scale SJ15 mini extruder is specifically designed for small-volume laboratory use, featuring a single-phase electronic speed control system for precise operation. With a compact design, it measures 0.5m x 0.2m x 0.4m and weighs approximately 20kg.

The extruder is capable of processing a variety of plastics, including ABS, PE, PP, and PVC, making it suitable for manufacturing facilities, food stores, and other industries. Its screw has a diameter of 15mm and an aspect ratio (length-to-diameter ratio) of 1:4, ensuring efficient processing.
Operating at a voltage of 220V (110V available on request), the machine has a total power of 210W. It also incorporates advanced surface treatments such as nitriding and polishing to enhance durability.
