▮ Uniform Temperature: The air in the test chamber is equipped with a variable frequency air circulation device, ensuring full contact and heat exchange with all six surfaces. This ensures high heat exchange efficiency, short stabilization time, and excellent temperature uniformity.
▮ Energy-Saving Design: Utilizing imported Korean instrumentation and control technology, energy-saving designs are employed in both air supply and temperature and humidity control. The imported electromagnetic air pump provides high air flow, low energy consumption, and low noise. The imported Italian refrigeration compressor is oil-free, silent, and energy-efficient, with a continuous operating life of up to seven years and energy consumption equivalent to 60% of conventional products.
▮ Cleanable Inner Chamber: The inner chamber is constructed of SU304 mirror-finished stainless steel, welded with argon shielding, and electronically polished. Each corner has a 20mm chamfer for easy cleaning and air circulation. Food-grade fluororubber seals are used. At an overpressure of 1000Pa, gas leakage is ≤1×10-3m3/min.
▮ Intelligent instrument controller: Using temperature and humidity controller imported from South Korea, it can control the temperature, relative humidity, working hours, etc. in the cabin.
