The LC2010 Semi-Preparative Gradient System is designed for laboratory purification requiring gradient elution conditions at flow rates up to 50 mL/min. The LC2010 Semi-Preparative Gradient System is designed for laboratory purification using gradient elution conditions at flow rates of 50 mL/min. Its flow range is suitable for columns with an inner diameter of 10 to 30 mm, meeting the needs of single-pass purification of milligram- to gram-scale samples, achieving optimal purity and recovery. It is primarily used for preparative separation and purification of samples requiring gradient elution conditions.
The LC2010 Semi-Preparative Isocratic System is also used for preparative method validation and optimization. Preparative chromatographic conditions derived from analytical HPLC can be scaled up to a semi-preparative system for verification and further optimization of recommended systems.
