The chamber is custom-made from 66L 316L stainless steel. The self-locking, cushioned, explosion-proof furnace door ensures operator safety and door structural integrity in the event of reaction anomalies. The door and chamber are tightly integrated, ensuring microwave leakage compliance with national standards. The instrument utilizes a dual temperature and pressure control system to control pressure and temperature during digestion experiments, displaying both in real time. 360° continuous, co-directional rotation ensures uniform microwave conditions for each sample, enhancing the consistency of experimental results. Microwave heating automatically ceases when the pressure within the chamber exceeds the set protection level. The safety and explosion-proof membrane provides a dual safety function.
