GRL series lifting speed regulating glass reactor
The GRL series of speed-controlled glass reactors are primarily used for experiments such as material synthesis, distillation, and concentration. The reactor can be raised and lowered and rotated 120°. Available in single-, double-, and triple-deck configurations, the reactor can be pumped down to a negative pressure to meet experimental requirements.
Product Details
● All glass components are made of 3.3 borosilicate glass, offering excellent physical and chemical properties.
● Applicable temperature range -80°C to 200°C.
● Applicable pressure range -0.1 MPa to 0.0 MPa.
● The reactor body can be raised and lowered and rotated 120° for easy use and cleaning.
● The jacketed inlet and outlet are connected to stainless steel insulated hoses to eliminate stress.
● The discharge valve features an upward-type, inclined discharge mechanism.
● The frame is constructed of 06Cr19Ni10, carbon structural steel with plastic spraying, and aluminum alloy with plastic spraying, offering high corrosion resistance and easy cleaning and maintenance. Casters with brakes facilitate easy movement and positioning of the equipment.
● Self-developed stirring bearings provide excellent sealing.
● The impeller blades are made of PTFE; the stirring shaft is made of 06Cr19Ni10 with a PTFE coating for high strength and corrosion resistance.
