Operating Precautions for Resistance Furnace
- Before initial use or reuse after long-term storage, the furnace must be dried:
- Drying temperature: Room temperature ~ 300℃, maintain for 4 hours (keep the furnace door open during this period);
- 300℃ ~ 600℃, maintain for 4 hours.
- During operation, the furnace temperature shall not exceed the rated temperature to avoid damaging the heating elements. Do not directly pour any liquids or molten metals into the furnace chamber. Regularly remove iron filings and oxides from the chamber to keep it clean.
- Periodically inspect the temperature controller and the electrical connections of the conductive system to ensure good contact.
Operating Conditions for This Series of Furnaces
- Altitude: Not exceeding 1000 meters;
- Ambient temperature: +5℃ ~ 40℃;
- Monthly average relative humidity of the usage area: ≤ 90%, with the monthly average temperature not exceeding 20℃;
- No conductive dust, explosive gases, or corrosive gases that severely damage metals and insulation materials around the furnace;
- No significant vibration or shock.
Temperature Control Function Description
- Supports custom setting of up to 30 temperature segments, with automatic operation after configuration;
- Example Program:
① Segment 1: Heat to 300℃, hold for 1 hour;
② Segment 2: Heat to 800℃, hold for 0.5 hours;
③ Segment 3: Cool to 60℃, hold for 3 hours;
④ Segment 4: Heat to 700℃, hold for 1 hour;
- Time and temperature can be freely set within the specified range (each segment temperature ≥ 300℃, each segment time ≤ 99 minutes);
- Note: The 30-segment temperature control is an optional feature; the standard configuration includes 1-segment temperature control.
